Discover the charm, discover Valencia

Come and discover Valencia, one of the most charming regions in the country. Lose yourself in its streets full of history, visit its museums and let yourself be seduced by a gastronomy capable of conquering all palates. A fascinating destination that will undoubtedly surprise you.
City of arts and sciences
A must-see in Valencia, the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències is a stunning complex dedicated to science, culture, and leisure. Ideal for families and friends alike.

Explore Europe’s largest oceanographic museum, an immersive 3D digital cinema with a 900 m² concave screen, an interactive science museum, and unique live shows. It’s an experience that blends learning, fun, and striking architecture.
Plaza de la Virgen
The Plaza de la Virgen is a historic and iconic square in the heart of Valencia. It holds great cultural and architectural significance. Here, you’ll find the Cathedral of Valencia, the Basilica of the Virgen de los Desamparados, and the Turia Fountain. It’s also the setting for traditional Valencian events such as the Tribunal de las Aguas and the Offering of Flowers.
Valencia Cathedral
Built on the site of an ancient Roman temple that was later a mosque, Valencia Cathedral is predominantly Gothic in style, although it retains numerous elements from different periods, from Romanesque to Baroque.

The Cathedral has been dedicated to the Assumption of Saint Mary since the time of James I, and it is a mixture of history and art. Its walls and doors also protect such valuable treasures as the Holy Chalice. Documentation and archaeological studies lead us to believe that the Grail of Valencia is the one used by Jesus at the Last Supper.
Torres de Quart
Built by Pere Bonfill and inspired by Naples’ Castel Nuovo, these towers are a prime example of late Gothic military architecture.

The Quart Towers played a key role in repelling Napoleonic troops during the War of Independence in 1808. To this day, you can still see the cannon marks left on the stone walls.
The Albufera
Nature at its purest: unforgettable sunsets, peaceful boat rides, and absolute disconnection. The Albufera Natural Park is a unique natural oasis surrounded by rice fields and woodland.

Visit the nearby village of El Palmar and sample traditional dishes like all-i-pebre or marinated llisa. Experience local gastronomy by enjoying the flavours — and understanding their roots.
